Kirk Hammett has lowered the asking price for his 1899 Georgian Mansion to $10.5 million (£5million) from the original $12.5 million.
The palace boasts 9,519 square feet, nine bedrooms, seven full baths, three half baths, a library, and a billiard room, and includes “a deep grassy garden and detached 2-car side-by-side garage.”
